Window treatment
Decorating your windows can be both fun and exciting because there are so many styles of window treatments available to choose from to match the dècor of each room in your home.

For a more sophisticated window treatment, formal drapery in silks or damasks may be more appropriate. Sheer curtains are also a good choice for windows because they allow light in and can be used to decorate or accent your windows in many ways. The sheer curtains are more commonly gathered together on rods inside the top and bottom of a window frame.
Another example of an inexpensive treatment is decorative swags, which create a simple and neat look. The standard kitchen window only requires two garlands. Wrapping the garlands loosely around the curtains provides a new and exciting look.
